Term Length
> Customers can choose Contract Terms of 36/48/60 Months.
Activation Fees
> Alder Essential and Secure Packages come with a $49 up-front activation fee.
> Alder Pro and Complete Packages come with a $99 up-front activation fee.
Up-Front Costs
> In addition to the Activation Fee, the customer must pay their First Monthly charge at the point of sale.
> Example: The Essential Package would cost a customer $84.99 up front which includes the $49 activation fee and the $34.99 monthly cost of the package.
Up-Front and Monthly Camera Fees
> The first indoor security camera is free with the Essential and Secure Package.
> Additional Indoor Camera charges include: $25 Activation Fee and a $2 per month maintenance fee per camera.
> Additional Outdoor Camera charges include: $50 Activation Fee and a $4 per month maintenance fee per camera.
Alder Security Equipment
Alder's Security Packages allow the customer to add equipment a-la-carte to enhance their security features.
> (Standard equipment in packages can be removed. However, removing equipment from a package
does not decrease monthly costs)
> (Customers cannot swap or mix equipment within Alder Packages)
